eTreat Medical Diagnostics Inc

Hi there! Let me introduce myself.

I founded and lead eTreatMD's product development operations, business development and strategy for North America and Asia, and oversee most aspects of the business as the company continues to grow. Passionate about growing a responsible startup in the mobile health space from the ground up.

I was recently named in the BCBusiness 30 under 30.

Always interested in early-stage startups and collaborators, medical device engineering and creating products that people actually want to buy.

My Working Experience
Job def

eTreat Medical Diagnostics Inc

June 2015 - Current

After around a year in my role as CTO, the Directors of eTreatMD decided that my strategic thinking would be better suited to lead the company. It was a challenging transition from what was essentially project/product management to a corporate leadership role. A lot more paperwork and a lot more responsibility, but a position that would enable me to push my vision for the company forward.

•Developed partner deployment strategy for Canada, USA, South & Southeast Asia.
•Planned test pilot launches for myHand app in Canada, USA and Sri Lanka.
•Leads mobile product development.
•Leads fundraising and investor relations.
•Oversees financial management and use of funds.
•Manages the eTreatMD cloud deployment and myHand beta app review and refinement.

Job def

eTreat Medical Diagnostics Inc

March 2014 - June 2015

Founded eTreatMD as the 'tech guy'. My primary role was to act as a living interface between research and business - essentially to ensure that the innovative ideas formulated by our researchers could translate to viable technology that our business team could actually pitch and sell to consumers, partners and investors. Not all good ideas make good products and I had to curate that gap.

•Designed prototype and commercial app design specifications.
•Defined system architecture.
•Lead product development team.
