What is the ROI of a mentoring programme?
It compares the value a programme creates, or the costs it avoids, with what the programme costs. Depending on the goal, that value can include better retention, stronger productivity, faster onboarding, more internal promotions and less administration time.
How do you calculate mentoring ROI?
Start with the outcome you want to influence, apply your own workforce and cost assumptions, then compare the estimated value with programme fees. The calculator shows potential gross Year 1 value and an indicative quote separately, so finance can review every assumption before working out net ROI.
Is a 5% reduction in turnover realistic?
It's a planning assumption, not a promised outcome. Evidence varies by programme and workplace, so the calculator keeps the expected relative reduction in turnover between 0% and 10%, and labels 5% as the planning case for sensitivity testing.
What does the 10-hour admin promise mean?
For a cohort of at least 30 participants, we agree the qualifying admin workflow and a baseline with your programme team before launch. We measure the time your team spends on those tasks, and if the workflow doesn't save at least 10 hours during the first cohort, we refund the $750 standard setup fee, subject to the proposal terms.
How accurate is the indicative quote?
It's a planning estimate based mainly on participant numbers and the standard platform scope. The final quotation can change once we confirm managed services, external mentor fees, integrations, travel, taxes and any custom requirements.
